Billy Ray Mangham
Billy Ray Mangham has been working in clay for 45 years. After eight years as potter in residence at Laguna Gloria Art Museum in Austin he moved to San Marcos in 1989. He and his wife Beverly sold their art at juried Art shows across the country until 2008 when they founded Eye of the Dog Art Center . They are also one of the four couples that founded the nationally acclaimed Texas Clay Festival in Gruene,Texas. Billy Ray continues to show his work and teach workshops across the country. He is currently working on a series of busts depicting Texas musicians.
