It's always nice to be recognized for your creativity but it is especially nice when that recognition includes a monetary award.  Display your genius in the July Awards Show exhibit and showcase your artistic expression with a chance to win a cash prize. By awarding money to winners, SMAL demonstrates a commitment to supporting the arts community and nurturing artistic talent.  The show will be juried by Jeff Dell, art faculty at Texas State University. Prizes for First Place and Honorable Mention will be awarded for art in 5 categories plus a prize for Best in Show. These 11 winners will also have the opportunity for an exhibition of their work again in September in a show dedicated to them.

The 2025 Awards Show will be on display from July 2nd to August 1st. Join us for the Opening Reception on July 11th, 6-8pm where the winners will be announced..
