Calling all photographers!  The San Marcos Art League invites all shutter bugs to submit their best work in the August exhibition, “Picture This”. The call for art is open June 29 - July 31 with intake at the San Marcos Art Center on Sunday August 2nd from 1-4pm. Running from August 5 through August 28, 2026, this showcase dedicated entirely to the photographic medium will highlight the diverse perspectives and technical mastery of local and regional lens-based artists.

• You can apply to participate online between June 29 - July 31, 2026.

• Intake for the show will be Sunday, August 2nd, from 1-4pm. 

• The public opening reception will be Friday, August 7th, 2026, from 6-8pm at the San Marcos Art Center.

• The exhibition will be open for viewing through Friday, August 28th.
